Not much to say today
I was watching the kids b/c Therese was sleeping after working all night, and with two soccer games and then rain, I wasn't able to get a workout in. That, coupled with a big dinner (bourbon chicken, mmmm) doesn't give me a lot of hope for tomorrow morning. So instead of weighing myself I'll just accompany Therese to the triathlon and watch her work out. Sweat osmosis!!

Jimbo - Nice try! Next time, find some exercises to do at home! Try crunches, sit-ups, jumping jack, jumping rope, Military child press, there are a bunch of things that you can do that - though not as good as a b-ball or running, will be better than watching college football!
ReplyDeleteYou are making great progress. The change in lifestyle that you are going through now needs to include broken plans and bad weather. Have a contingency plan at all times.

Had to add that I can already see the difference!! That's amazing results for only 3 or 4 weeks. Great job! (And thanks for cheering us on this morning and directing where to go!)
