288.4 today. Ugh. I was a couple pounds lower earlier in the week, but I guess that's why you should only weigh once a week. But 7 pounds isn't that bad, as long as I keep it up.
Football starts tonight. I'll try to keep the eating under control, but TV is always the worst...

Great work Jim! Here's a rule Bob and I use - no food while watching tv. We also try to not eat after 7pm - but of course we go to bed early, so maybe 8pm for you? Keep up the awesome job!
