Weights

So I worked out at my new gym for the first time Monday.  Did about 25 minutes on the machines and then 20 minutes of cardio.  I'm a little sore but not too much.  Last night was basketball so this morning I was back in the 260s, which I'm happy about.  Hopefully Friday will be even better.  It is a day of fasting, after all, so that should help...

  3. I'm getting back on track. Been playing more tennis lately. I do need to get back to the gym, and make the donuts...

  4. Coming up on a year since your last post.

    What is your weight now? What have you been doing for your health?

    Spring training is a month away. Will you be able to move around and play other positions or will you be the statue at 1st base?

  5. Bill, you're the last true believer. I was back in the 260's in March but I'm now up to 280ish. B-ball once a week isn't cutting it, apparently.
